Reorganized IT to save 10% annual costs. Spending
on IT outsourcing at FESSB was growing quickly.
Reorganized the IT function and made several
strategic changes including in-sourcing of a high
volume e-mail application. Successfully reduced
costs by more the $25K annually.
Brought shareholder accounting & reporting in-
house. Bank was incurring significant annual fees

Built new retail banking facility. Bank wanted to
open branch facility in Southeast Florida.
