* Lead the retirement team from a manual system of reporting deductions to various Pension systems to a data interface system. Created, tested and implemented a financial interface for receiving inbound deduction files to automatically process and update general ledger tables and charging back departments eliminating many hours of data entry and file auditing.
* Develop, test and implement an electronic system of processing retirement applications. The applications packet consisted of 18 forms that had to be typed - most with duplicate information. The process developed only required entry once into a spreadsheet and through a merge placed all the information on the new forms on the computer. Staff went from being able to type 6 - 8 packets per week to three per day.
* Developed all payroll forms on computer eliminating the need for typewriters or paper storage.
