FMC Sportsman`s Club January, 2007-Present

* Maintain the grounds at FMC including supervision of contractors who assist on jobs.

* Maintain the Caretaker's residence as would a prudent homeowner.

* Answer personal inquiries and phone calls from Club members 24 hours a day.

* Live on site year-round to oversee the entire maintenance, operation security for the facility.

* Responsible for the security of the buildings and land at FMC.

* Maintain the lake aeration system and make sure the timers are performing properly.

* Maintain the cleanliness of the public bathrooms and parking lots a on a daily basis.

* Unlock and heat the Clubhouse for meetings when requested by the board of directors.

* Maintain the gate at the main entrance to the property.

* Patrol the grounds around the lakes on a regular basis daily, more often on weekends.

* Maintain the road around the lake, keeping it clear of snow, ice and debris.
