Senior Project Manager/Program Manager (contractor)

As part of the Novelis Global PMO, managed the network infrastructure and VoIP refresh program for eight (8) of the Novelis North American plants, in a matrix environment, while managing 3rd party vendors, to include Nexus IS and Cisco.
