2/08 to 7/12: -- Owner, A Logical Solution:

Small business offering services to other small business owners, consultants, and academia. (Provided an economic alternative to the costs and risks associated with direct hiring of personnel.)

* Administrative, clerical, and technical support; web development; desktop publishing, and custom programming solutions.

* Software projects included designing, developing, implementing and supporting a multi-user application across a Novell LAN network. Database was Object-Relational, with front-end application utilizing OOAD techniques upgrading from dBASE to VB/VBA. Project received an upgrade in fall 2001. This system was used by the High Point Market Authority (High Point Chamber of Commerce).

9/03 to 9/07: Shamrock Corporation

Software Engineering/Business Analyst (Informix) for multi-division corporation

* Primary Responsibility: Charged with statistical forecasting systems that directed processes and product handling for a wide array of products, sales, and distribution channels across diverse business divisions. Focus was on inventory planning and optimization (WMS/IMS and development of new Early Warning System which implemented principals of Six Sigma (SCM/ERP).

* Developed a strong understanding of company`s multi-division business processes, and gained working knowledge of not only each division`s processes, but most importantly those critical processes and systems that interfaced with all divisions.

* Annually assigned to multiple project teams. Initial stages for new

projects: profiling source systems and data to develop strong understanding of new criteria for data relationships, cardinality and quality of the data given the demands of high level project goals for information and reporting needs.

* Feasibility testing and risk analysis : Analyze Information and reporting business requirements, explore and evaluate various options, develop prototype using reporting and dashboard tools upfront in the project life cycle thereby validating the requirements, eliminating ambiguity and providing early visibility for top management on the final solution.

* Worked closely with management and end users during requirements phase of the SDLC and in areas of existing system changes where users were impacted. This collaboration developed use cases for functional and user acceptance testing and training.

8/01 to 9/03: Mobile Veterinary Services (Walnut Cove, NC)

* Office/practice management for large animal mobile veterinary practice. Included not only day to day operations of this type business, but also provided technical, hardware support and user training.

* On a volunteer basis, developed system customized for a mobile veterinary practice (VBA and Access).

* Conducted research necessary to launch a veterinary advice forum and e-commerce site.

1/99 to 12/99: Hafele America: Programmer/Analyst: (Informix Dynamic Server (IDS) with Web Datablade (Beta test and evaluate for version 11.x web application tools)

* Part of a team to facilitate the migration of legacy applications

(Informix 7.x/9.x).

* Involved in the planning and development of a data warehouse.

* Involved with the evolution of company's Internet, Extranet and Intranet presence.

* Projects included e-commerce as well as development/procurement of web-based tools to enable customers and company personnel to perform both transactional and analytical processing.
