I have been employed since 1996 and have worked continually till this past September. This past year the economy took a toll on the business which I operated and have decided to try and sell them. I have been in the restaurant industry my entire life. I have done all aspects of the business from host, cook, event coordinator, cater, front of house, back of house, general manager, and owner. I am ready to start a new chapter in my life and share my experiences that I have obtained over the past several years.

Summary

I have obtained 16 years of experience in the Restaurant industry. I have been in all aspects of the business. I have very good knowledge in human resources, bookkeeping, and managing. My biggest asset is my customer relations that have built over the past 16 years. I believe the customer service is what builds a business and is one of the biggest assets that someone can have. I am a self-sufficient team player that easily adapts to change, allowing expansion of my skills. I am a very goal oriented person and would like to show a company my skills. I want to be an asset to the company that hires me and allow me to show them what I can do. I have been taught a great work ethic by my father and believe in leading by example.
