My name is Christa Demoran. I have two children 5 and 3. I know this is unprofessional but I am now becoming desperate to keep my children a float by keeping a roof over their heads and food on the table. When I was 18 I experimented with illegal substances and had gotten myself in a heap of trouble and am now a felon. I pray everyday that somebody can look beyond my past and give me another chance at life. All I need is that one chance and I wont let you down. I know this may sound silly and I know that everybody has problems but I am begging you to look beyond a mistake I made as a teenager. I am great with customers and have always loved to serve and make my customers happy. I do have experience in both fast food service and restaurant style serving and kitchen duties. I am a promised and loyal employee and make my job a necessary priority. I have applied for dozens of positions in and around Redmond with no luck due to my drug felony. I hope to achieve a long term position in which I can make use of my passion for customers and regulars. I am very passionate about my workplace and the way that others see me. I am an honest and hard working women and will do next to anything to be a people pleaser. My long term goal is to find a stable job so that I can attend college on my own time away from work. my passion is psychology and hope to eventually become a drug and alcohol counselor due to my past experience. I would love to help others in overcoming addiction and getting their lives back on track.

I attended Redmond High School for freshman and sophomore year. I became pregnant at 16 and achieved my GED at COIC in the year 2006.
I have attended some college online at the university of phoenix, majoring in psychology
Work experience
Whispering winds retirement facility restaurant
duration:1 1/2 years.
I was a server in the dining area of the upper class retirement facility. Working this job I gained many skills in serving, customer service, maintenance and maintaining a strong relationship with the clients and their families. Whispering winds is located in bend and had no choice but to relieve my duties with a months notice when I moved to Redmond.
After moving to Redmond I decided to stay in the serving and customer service business and obtained a position at Sonic drive in. My title was a car hopp. I loved working in the fast paced and very upbeat environment on roller skates for 6-8 hours a day. My favorite part of working here was meeting with my regular customers everyday and having wonderful relationships with my former employees and supervisors. I had worked for one year and 4 months when I discovered that me and my fiance had conceived another child. My doctor had advised me to turn my skates in and throw on the tennies while at work. Making this change had affected my ability to get orders out as quickly as the other employees with their skates. My supervisor had to lay me off until the baby was born and I could effectively skate again. When I returned to work business had slowed and sonic was now overstaffed so my dream and need to come back to work had gone down the toilet.
I am currently on probation and my P.O is Terry chub. You have permission to talk with him is desired. He agreed to write a note for any possible employers explaining that I am complying with all legal requirements. He works at the adult parole and probation in Redmond Oregon. I would love nothing more than to be considered for this position. like I said earlier, "all I need is this one chance to prove myself." I would make and amazing employee and bring joy to the work environment. I have this stigma that follows me around wherever I go and I pray that you can see Me and how great of a person I really am.
