IlBrnd LLC seeking a career-minded individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and at least 2 years prior experience in the shipping/receiving field.

Rquirements and responsibilities will include:

*Microsoft Office, Excel and or relevant inventory/shipping database experience.

*Overseeing the receiving process for our manufacturing facility

*Utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures and rates in determining method of shipment

*Preparing freight quotes

*Verifying and keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading or invoices

*Unpacking, counting and examining incoming shipments

*Reporting and pursuing freight claims to rectify damages or shortages

*Managing material supplies and inventory control
