h Financial/Organizational/Legal Projects V Direct report to the COO and CFO of the
company and responsible for rapidly turning over various financial, organizational, and
legal tasks typically related to audit/investor requests or various projects as sampled

h Purchasing Card System Project V Installed and implemented the companys first
purchasing card system (VISA). Wrote up documentation on its use: Users Guide and

s Guide. Entailed setting up user prototypes (spending limits, access level,
and merchant restrictions by MCC code), training end users, and designing/testing the
custom general ledger export function.
h Y2K/BCP Project V Responsible for managing the companys Y2K compliance efforts in
the final quarter of 1999. Facilitated all steering/operating committee meetings,
supervised distribution of all documentation, reviewed deliverables against contract and
company requirements, coordinated all forms of Y2K-related external communication via mail
or internet, and coordinated consulting efforts (edit reports, review of invoices, etc).
Lead final Q&A session with the CA Department of Insurance where we received our Y2K
compliance credential. Did similar work on the companys Business Continuity and Disaster
Recover Plans.
h Commission Tracking Project V Designed and built program to standardize input, track
producer commission, fees, bonus payments, and produce executive level reports. Required
coordinating between multiple departments: Marketing (contracts), Premium Accounting/Audit
(form specs), Operations (calculations), Accounting (payments) and Data Processing (data
feeds). This project had the interest and direct support of the President and COO of the
company.
h Marketing Project - Put together proposal for promoting company through donation of
computer assets to various educational institutions.

VP of Ops.
