OBJECTIVE / LONG-TERM GOALS:
My professional interests continue to be mixed-mode semiconductor
circuit/system design, especially in the area of BIST(Built-In Self
Test) circuits. As the mixed-mode ICs get multiple functions, the
problem of mixed-mode test evolves. The adaptation of BIST in this
area remains a serious challenge for circuit and test engineers. Thus
significant research remains to be achieved. By leading in this effort
both in industry and academia, I hope to further broaden the knowledge
in the field of designing and testing of analog and digital mixed-mode
IC circuits/systems.
EDUCATION:
Ph.D candidate
(Sep. 1997 Current).
Dept. of Electrical Engineering,
University of Washington, Seattle WA.
Major Research Areas are mixed-signal design, reliability analysis of
VLSI, lifetime prediction, design for reliability, and VLSI testing.
