correspondence, preparing agenda, minutes, and mailings for student meetings,
advisory board meetings, field internship meetings, etc. Maintaining filing
system and supply inventory for academic department. Assistant facility
administrator duties such as responsibility of locking and unlocking McCoy
Center facility or designating person for same in case of absence, reporting
and/or entering work orders on repairs in McCoy facility. In addition to the
diverse duties associated with an academic department, I have also taken
responsibility for graphics associated with many of the brochures, booklets,
flyers, etc., for departmental activities. Major word processing assignments
include extensive self-study document for re-accreditation of the Social Work
Department by its National accrediting body, the Council on Social Work
Education.

Center at West Chester University for the purchase of ethnically diverse
educational materials for pre-schoolers. Assisted two University employees in
the planning of a Committee of 16 activity, hosting Mollel, an African
storyteller. Area school districts were included in this event.
