work on task-order contracts for Defense Enterprise Integration

Services (DEIS) and DISN Support Services Global (DSS-G). The tasks

include design, transition and integration of Network Management

Systems. Manage technology enhancements, identifying processes and

requirements; re- engineering processes for automation; design and

development; training and documentation of the Defense Information

Infrastructure Control Centers (DII CC). DII CC provides an

integrated, collaborative, and intelligent systems for network

management system across all DoD Services and Agencies. Currently plan

and design an engineering prototype for proof of concept demonstration

of an integrated trouble ticket management system. The

trouble-ticketing system monitors all networks and systems resources

for potential trouble, receives and forwards sorted and validated

tickets, and suggests potential solutions based on stored (learned

precedence) information to help desk and field support. The system is

linked to manual resolution support via help desk, repair team

support, parts dispatch and various management information

notification system. Currently review and recommend information

technology on various programs for Boeing Customers. Latest project

related to validating the DII COE (Common Operating Environment)

consisting of programmers development environment, middleware

(DCE/CORBA), programming tools, common desktop environment and various

APIs. Additionally, work on an Internet project for the design,

development and operations of MIS Web Site server and for customer

programs and contents.

March 1993

Vienna, VA. Managed the RCAS technology enhancement program, which

included architecture and standards planning for X/window based client

and UNIX server environment. The multi-server environment used various

types of network technologies from X.400/SMTP and X.500/DNS including

wireless LANs.Successfully maintain long range technology planning,

recommended new technologies and coordinated Information Technology

standards for program adoption and compliance. Developed strategic

planning and development of open systems products for UNIX based

systems. Supported the development of standards based product lines

for CALS and in particular developed electronic exchange of business

oriented information such as imaging, office documentation, EDI (X12),

OA management, and Internationalization. Worked in major standards

setting organization on Information Technology by providing

leadership, direction and technical contributions for the

specification of office automation systems and networking protocols.

Managed product planning, management and development teams for

multi-protocol network support with a yearly budget of over $14

million. Managed International Product Marketing and the product

roll-out and support for telecommunications products, Wang OFFICE and

Professional Contributions: In his technical career, J.J. Cinecoe

served in many professional business, data processing groups and

associations including consortia. An active member of CBEMA, X3, and

other national and international standards developing organizations,

both in USA and Europe. He contributed to the development of early
