Boeing Information Services, DSS-Global, Vienna, VA. Currently
work on task-order contracts for Defense Enterprise Integration
Services (DEIS) and DISN Support Services Global (DSS-G). The tasks
include design, transition and integration of Network Management
Systems. Manage technology enhancements, identifying processes and
requirements; re- engineering processes for automation; design and

Infrastructure Control Centers (DII CC). DII CC provides an
integrated, collaborative, and intelligent systems for network
management system across all DoD Services and Agencies. Currently plan
and design an engineering prototype for proof of concept demonstration
of an integrated trouble ticket management system. The
trouble-ticketing system monitors all networks and systems resources
for potential trouble, receives and forwards sorted and validated
tickets, and suggests potential solutions based on stored (learned
precedence) information to help desk and field support. The system is
linked to manual resolution support via help desk, repair team
support, parts dispatch and various management information
notification system. Currently review and recommend information
technology on various programs for Boeing Customers. Latest project
related to validating the DII COE (Common Operating Environment)
consisting of programmers development environment, middleware
(DCE/CORBA), programming tools, common desktop environment and various
APIs. Additionally, work on an Internet project for the design,
development and operations of MIS Web Site server and for customer
