Program Specialist for the Public Assistance Division in the Regulations and Policy Branch of the US Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency specializing in writing regulations and policies to determine what damage to public infrastructure, as a result of a presidentially declared disaster is eligible for a Federal grant.
aa Responded to second appeals of the denial of public assistance grants for public works projects involving: debris removal, insurance, hazard mitigation, OIG audits, and flood control.
aa Reviewed and wrote policies, fact sheets, and standard operating procedures on a variety of topics to improve to the Public Assistance program including:
