CCBN / Thomson Financial has produced corporate IR web sites for more
than 2000 companies, incorporating key financial content while maintaining
the look and feel of their individual corporate site. During my 6-month
tenure, departmental production increased more than 20% from the previous
6-month period, and approximately 30% for the same time-period year-over-year.
Main responsibilities included:
direct management and mentorship of 7 team leads and specialists,
and oversight of 24-person team of Site Producers, Developers and
Editors for Boston and San Francisco offices
working with the Product Management team to finalize, roll-out,
enhance and support a custom-built tool for the production and maintenance
of all corporate IR web sites.
Other managerial responsibilities included: improving
design and development processes, setting and tracking quarterly goals,
interviewing and hiring of department personnel.

Founding member of Braun’s User Experience Group (UEG). Managerial
duties included interviewing and hiring of other information architects
and visual designers, direct management and mentorship of Boston-based
IA’s and visual design team, working with the UEG and technology
leadership to develop and refine methodology and deliverables, assistance
in proposal writing, and producing and delivering sales presentations.
