1. Co-ordinate the marketing and sales activities of PMCL by

monitoring and maintaining accurate records on all sales

transactions and assist with ensuring proper cost/ pricing of

company's products.

2. Prepare and submit weekly, quarterly and yearly reports on

sales activities i.e. sales transactions carried out, invoice

amount involved, payment received, outstanding balances,

payment due dated to the supervisor for action to be taken.

3. Assist the Sales Executive and Sales Manager of PMCL to

issue Pro-forma Invoices in an efficient and timely manner

4. Assist with collection of Accounts Receivables.

5. Ensure that at all times, the show room is neat, internally well designed and customer/environmentally friendly.

6. Inspect the condition of vehicles at the time of discharge from the vessel, noting all discrepancies like dents, scratches and report it to my supervisor.

7. Arrange delivery of vehicles from the port to the Service Centre.

8. Liaise with the Service Centre to ensure that PDI of the vehicles is properly done and the vehicles are thoroughly clean.

9. Ensure that the required amount of fuel is put in the vehicles after PDI before sending them to the showroom, and also ensure that all vehicles are supplied with the required accessories before delivery to the customer.

10. Assist with the monitoring of market trends i.e. via Internet towards the review of cost of products in order to avoid under pricing of company products.

11. Assist in the preparation of tender documents.

12. Open and maintain customer files for every sales transaction.

13. Maintain records of all payments received in respect of vehicles sold indicating particulars of the customer, vehicle identity, date of purchase, etc, and maintain an effective filing system for all documents generated from sales transactions/activities in order to facilitate quick retrieval of information.

14. Arrange to effect change of ownership when credit customers complete their installment payments.

15. Assist with the Management of courtesy vehicles by issuing waybills to cover them and check on the state of the vehicle at the time of delivery to customers and cross check same at the time of return.
