Conducted my own project under the supervision of Dr.
Zhang to study the functions of conserved amino acids residues in the C-terminus of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxyclic acid synthase (ACS-ACS6), a rate limiting enzyme in the plant ethylene biosynthesis.
