I was the one the managers depended on to get job done

I was the one who could run most of the machines for instance I ran the wash tank which required chemicals to clean the parts.

Accomplishments

My boss told me that most of the employees where not capable of doing most of the task that the job required . While I worked at Center my first two weeks there I was given a raise. My boss said I was reliable and I was not afraid to get my hands dirty for the company. While i worked their I started at $6.75 and worked my way to making $10.00 through raises because my supervisors and head boss felt I could do anything required in my department.

Assembler

I assembled the 30 round magazine rounds for the military. One of my tasks was to operate the CNC machine which would cut the metal for the part. I also washed the parts and handled chemicals which went into the wash tank . I ran the 45 ton press machine which closed the gaps of the clip after it had been welded. I snapped the parts together. My supervisor trusted me enough to even clean the machine guns, I would literally take them apart and clean them.
