One my my biggest accomplishments to me is having the same job for over 14 years, I also have almost no turn over for employees because I am a good manager.

I am the General Manager at Taco Mayo. I took over this store on Aug 1st 2012. I worked at Norman OK store before that for over a year, I was at Taco Mayo in McAlester OK from March 2008 to Sept 2009 after transferring from Antlers OK Taco Mayo in which I was the General manager I worked their from Aug 3rd 1998 to Mar 2008.

I went to work at Arby's after i had shoulder surgery. I was out of work for about 9 to 10 months because of it. I was just a part-time worker. Once I was able to work full time again, My kids had to come live with me so I went back to work for Taco Mayo for more money and more hours.

There i ran the drive thru, and the front. I opened and closed. I was a hard worker.

I was a shift manager at this Carl's Jr, I had became a crew leader about 2 weeks after I started then worked my way up to Shift Manager. I opened the store 5 days a week. I closed when needed.

I ran my own shift, over seen 3-4 employees, cooked, cashier, DT, and took care of the money.

I also worked at Carl's Jr in Ca time was June 1987 to like Nov 1987 I was a crew leader then. I was staying with my cousin for the summer then i went home i went to work at Carl's Jr there from Dec 1987 to around Feb 1988. I quit because they did not want to work around my college hours.
