Professional Background
Since 2008 working as a collections representative for a call center enviroment known as Convergys there my duties consisted of ansewering incoming calls of customers and helping with questions and concerns and setting payment arangements for the customer.
In 2004-2008 I worked for a Verizon wireless authorized agent I started as a sales representative and worked my way to store manager. I would develop marketing strategies and sales policies which help in promoting the awareness of the product. Develop efficient sales. I would handle money handeling, deposits, drawer counting, audits, inventory counts. I went over and above to achieve and exceed all sales quotas.
In 2002-2004 I worked for Qwest call center. A telecomunications company I would sell various products that qwest had to offer such as service, internet service add and remove service from the home.Order for technicians to go to the home. I was top producer of our entire market. I always strived to reach above my expected quota.
From the time I was fourteen years old I told my parents one day Im going to get a job today and its going to be a good one...My mom had no faith in me she figured I was too young for anyone to hire me and still too young to work for a fast food company. That day I went door to door looking for work I landed at an Allstate Insurance company near my home so I could walk there after school. The owner of the company told me he could use me for telemarketing and that was my start in sales. I worked for Allstate Insurance on and off for about four years from there I have sold alarm systems door to door. Ive worked at a call center called MCI another telecommunications company. There I would make outbound calls selling long distance service. Im very dedicated in my work, very organized, honest and loyal first and foremost I would make an outstanding addition to your company.
