Often I worked per-diem as a RN in various jobs but I will only address a few in this resume. Pleasant Ridge Manor (see above). Various jobs hopping from one unit to the other. Often a med nurse or treatment nurse, and charge nurse. I was promised that I could learm MDS and home care regulations. Mutual decision that this was not working out.

1989 to 2011 UPMC Hamot working various jobs. Ortho/neuro nsg, IV nursing for 20 yrs. Home health care for 8 1/2 yrs through Hamot, ICU training, case management as a home health coordinator, IV infusion ambulatory center. With IV nursing, trained in peripheral and central IV nursing. Administration of medications, blood transfusions, and multiple medicatins specific to ones' disease process, oncology, renal, pulmonary care as prescribed by the physicians.

I have acted as a nurse supervisor in 2000 and 2008 at Pleasant Ridge manor onlhy on a per diem schedule which worked out good.

Anchor Inn as a Nurse Consultant at rehab facility for brain injured clients.

Tri-State Business Instituts, (now Fortis Institute) as a substitute teacher while the student nurses were on the unit, assisting them as needed along with observation of their skills.

Private Duty Nursing through Great Lakes Home Health Care 2001-2002.

From 2006 to 2011, I worked at Hamot infusion center, offsite location administering medications as prescribed and acted as Clinical Coordinator while the Nurse Manager was only there one a week due to on-going changes

On a volunteer basis, I gave flu shots through the Erie Center of Health and Aging. .

I have a Diploma in Nursing as a RN. Graduated 1989.
