Senior Staff Administrative Supervisor - Joint Interest Operations Group - Denver Region (1989 - 1993)

* Prepared a recommendation and implemented same to realign the Permitting/Regulatory Group from the Regional organization to the individual Business Units, which were set up geographically.

* Developed a scorekeeping procedure to monitor the status of team and individual objectives.

* Asked to work with our software development group, other oil and gas industry groups, and regulatory groups to develop an electronic way to prepare and transmit permitting and regulatory reports, for approval and notification to other WIOs and regulatory agencies. The cost was $40,000, with an annual savings of $100,000. We later sold the program to other operators.

* Set up a program to monitor, and reduce deferred accounts payable and receivable. In 1992, accounts payable were reduced from $312,000 to $8,700 and account receivables were reduced from $1,207,000 to $170,000 by year-end.

District Administrative Supervisor - Powell, WY (1986-1988)

* Assumed the responsibility of managing all Administrative functions in the Powell District Office, with approximately 25 people under my supervision.

* District Administrative functions included financial records, material coordination & handling, production & revenue reporting, permitting & regulatory reporting, and personnel & payroll. The District office was closed in August of 1988.
