Executive Director Owner, A New Hope Social Services Coeur dAlene Sandpoint, IDaho 2005-2012
Developed an outpatient mental health clinic from the ground up, peaking with a staff of eighty-one (81), with three locations in North Idaho, and an annual revenue of $4.5 million. Built a Hope for Families program that integrated funding streams to provide wraparound services, video based attachment therapy, parenting classes, child psychiatry, and community based in-home services to assist in reunification with parents in the foster care youth population.
