Experience

Executive Director Owner, A New Hope Social Services Coeur dAlene Sandpoint, IDaho 2005-2012

Developed an outpatient mental health clinic from the ground up, peaking with a staff of eighty-one (81), with three locations in North Idaho, and an annual revenue of $4.5 million. Built a Hope for Families program that integrated funding streams to provide wraparound services, video based attachment therapy, parenting classes, child psychiatry, and community based in-home services to assist in reunification with parents in the foster care youth population. Oversaw all aspects of agency management including setting and maintaining a program budget, billing processes, CQI/QA team, clinical oversight, recruitment of medical and therapy staff, marketing, intake and discharge processes, utilization management, participation in community projects and mental health boards.

Awarded CIT Champion 2012 for support in the development of CIT in Idaho by Major Sam Cochran of CIT National- Memphis Model after completion of Train the Trainer Training for CIT, for dedication to the development of this program and donation of staff time and resources in senario training.
