Successful negotiation of insurance requirements and coverage terms resulted in the contractor acquiring the project and the insurance broker receiving new revenue exceeding $400,000.

Responsibilities included collection and organizing data for specifications, loss run summaries, retro adjustments/deductible billings, certificates of insurance, processing policies and endorsements, allocations, invoicing, policy coverage comparison and summary of insurance. ii A local property manager wanted a unified insurance program which required organizing, analyzing and developing a program which would provide insurance protection to not only the property management company but the owners of the various real estate properties. Organized 29 properties for all lines of property and casualty, collected data for loss history for all properties and all lines of coverage and developed a loss summary for the property managers as well as individual owners.
