Strong C-Level Client Facing Skills. 22 years of experience as a SAP Project Manager most within Medical Device and Pharmaceutical regulated environments. Managed 13 global implementations with team sizes ranging from 16 to 250 people. Some projects were complex multi facility implementations. Modules managed and experienced with include PP/PP-PI, MM/WM, QM, PM, SD, SM, Project Systems, FI-CO, AM and HR. Came on board toward the end of the implementation phase to relieve the client project manager of administrative, scheduling and cut-over tasks while he addressed pressing technical issues delaying the cut-over from 4.7 on an AS 400 to ECC 6 HP environment. Incorporated several recommendations to help move the project along and identified critical internal areas that potentially would cause ongoing issues after go-live.
