I have over twenty five years of experience in the automotive industry. I have had extensive training in supervision, safety, ergonomics and machine training. I have worked with Control Gauging on their proto type gauge the PD6n. It has a lot of my ideas incorporated in the software and is working in production world wide. I was asked to take over the start of a new grind line producing our new line of Honda parts. The grind line is in production and Honda was very impressed with that line. I have, over the years increased production on several grind lines and reduced down time through continuous improvement ideas.

Responsibilities:

I repaired and troubleshot our online gauging equipment, 9 PD#5 units and 3 PD6 units. I setup CNC grinders as well as thru feed grind lines, and CNC milling machines. I also moved around to help out with machine problems and setup a lot of our proto type parts. I have also filled in as supervisor when supervision has been off. I also ran our social club for 10 years which involved organizing events for over 300 employees.
