Summary of Qualifications
I have fifteen plus years experience in the Petrochemical, Gases Division / LNG and Power Plant Construction. I have experience in Engineering, Procurement and, Construction of Grass Roots Projects, Capitol Projects, Turnarounds, and Industrial Maintenance. I have experience in many vital factors of making a project successful, planning, and scheduling, documentation, coordination, welding & fabrication, and design. I posses the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with the internal and external job factors. I have worked several methods of estimating, planning and, scheduling projects from Unit Price, T&M, Fixed Income, Lump Sum and Cost plus Bid jobs. I am Proficient with the latest cutting edge leading scheduling programs (software) available to date. 1.Responsible for Planning/ Scheduling, and building, Tracking Devices for Mechanical, Structural Steel, Civil, and I & E for multiple units of a Turnaround. I used Primavera 4.1 and 3.1. On a daily basis to build reports and, Contractor specific filters for daily progressing reports. These reports were used by the Client, multiple contractors and, management tools.
2.I was also responsible for developing, maintaining and, coordinating a management schedule and, all desired reports for Daily project client update meetings for multiple projects, all in different phases. Another responsibility I acquired was incorporating all Change Orders into my schedules.
3.I was responsible for coordinating and, keeping close quarters with all my Subs, (Mechanical, Pipe, I&E, Scaffold, Civil, Etc to keep everyone informed and, ready for any Addendum's or additional work that may develop.

1.Responsible for multiple Engineering, Procurement and, Construction schedules. I had at anytime multiple schedules operating simultaneously. These projects required the use of numerous computer programs and, a deep working knowledge of Primavera 3.1. In Primavera I was responsible for Global changes, updating, maintaining and, building schedules from scratch.
2.Responsibilities were heavier on the Engineering and, Procurement side than the Construction though I was required to have strong working knowledge of all three phases of a detailed EPC schedules. I also developed all the desired progress reports for project client update meetings for multiple projects, all in different phases.
3.I learned first hand the requirements of working daily and, directly with a client team on a front end Engineering schedule level. Verbal and, accurate presentation skills were required for weekly progress and, update meetings.

1.Responsible for Planning, Scheduling, Coordinating, and Estimating Piping, Mechanical, Structural Steel, and Civil Groups for multiple outages for Capitol Project Turnarounds using Primavera 3.1 Planner. I was required to perform cost and labor estimating with numerous types of estimates including, lump sum, hard priced, and scope.
2.I was also responsible for developing, maintaining and, coordinating multiple management schedules and, all desired reports for Daily project client update meetings for multiple projects, all in different phases. Another responsibility I acquired was, incorporating all Change Orders into my schedules.
3.On this particular project I was required to have excellent verbal and, written skills. My duties included informing the Client and, Management firm a verbal explanation in detail of our one week look ahead on top of the hard copy weekly supplied packages I turn over weekly.

1.Responsibilities included Planning/ Scheduling and, building K.P.I?s for Mechanical, Structural Steel, Civil, I & E, Pipe and, Material for multiple units of a Turnaround and, New Construction work. I was using Primavera 3.1 Planner daily and, some projects required the use of Primavera 4.1 depending on the client?s request.
2.I was also responsible for updating the schedules and, Trackers (KPI's) for client?s weekly review. Updates that were made possible by the multiple tools and meetings attended or developed for update purposes. There were times when I managed multiple schedules in the same time frame.
3. I was responsible for delivering resource loaded schedules with Critical Path Recognized. I was
required to build everything from FEL (FEED) all the way to detailed Construction schedules.

2.I was also responsible for maintaining Management schedules for client?s weekly review. Updates that were made possible by the multiple Trackers I developed for update purposes.
3.I was responsible for delivering resource loaded schedules from scratch with Critical Path recognized for Turnaround units including, FCCU, SRU, LTO, and LPG.

1.Responsible for Planning, Scheduling, and Coordinating, Mechanical, Structural Steel, and Civil Groups for small and large Capitol, Maintenance, and Turnaround Projects.
