Over 25 years industry expereience including:

Extensive experience as a Project Control Specialist for Department of Energy (DOE) Environmental Restoration, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Los Alamos Neutron Science Center (LANSCE), $1.4 billion dollar, Spallation Neutron Source (SNS) Project . Responsibilities included WBS\OBS creation, Baseline Change Request, Trending, Variance Analysis and reporting to DOE on the Earn Value Management System (EVMS) certified project.

? Extensive expeience as a Project Control Specialist for a 8A SBA General Contractor, for supervision of the Holloman AFB SABER Contract for the Department of Defence (DOD).

? Experience as a Project Control Specialist for a number for Nuclear Power Plant.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)

Apr 2009 - Present Environmental Restoration, Los Alamos National Laboratory

Providing scheduling, baseline development, progressing of activities and EVM reporting for Los Alamos National Laboratory, Environmental Restoration (ER) EVMS certified $300 million Watershed and Monitoring Project. All reporting is in accordance to ANSI-748 EVMS standard, as well as DOE 413.3, using the DOE EVMS Gold Card methods of reporting. After being the responsible Project Control Engineer in two OEMC audit reviews within a six month period, developed electronic CAM Notebooks on Share Point for easier audit trail.

May 2004 - Apr 2009 Los Alamos Neutron Science Center (LANSCE), Los Alamos National Laboratory

Responsibilities included: Providing scheduling, estimating, baseline development, progressing of activities and reporting for Los Alamos National Laboratory. Sole Project Controls for $55-70 million dollar a year budget.

Mar 1999 - May 2004 Spallation Neutron Source (SNS) Project, Los Alamos National Laboratory

Responsibilities included: Providing scheduling, estimating, baseline development, progressing of activities and reporting for Los Alamos National Laboratory, Spallation Neutron Source (SNS) Project, a $1.4 billion, 6 year long project that will be used for scientific and medical research in addition to the development of a variety of industrial materials. Six DOE laboratories, including Los Alamos National Laboratory, are collaborating on design and construction of the SNS.Also responsible for the interface and integration of P3, G2, Access files and Microfram Project Management (MPM), along with the weekly update for the LANCE Operations and Maintenance Restart schedule.

Feb 1998 ? Mar 1999 Environmental Restoration, Los Alamos National Laboratory

Responsibilities included: Provided scheduling, baseline development, progressing of activities, Baseline Change Control, project analysis, variance reporting, and activity development strategy to Los Alamos National Laboratory, Environmental Restoration. Also responsible for providing necessary data for DOE reporting and responsible for Primavera P3 administration and file coordination of a master, subproject file containing 7 subprojects.

Sep 1998 ? Feb 1998 Handy 2000 - P3 Implementation Site Wide ? DOE Hanford

Responsibilities included: Site wide implemented Primavera Project Planner ?P3? software at Hanford Reservation, Provided Primavera P3 implementation support for the reconstruction of 250 existing schedules. Also responsible for the integration of the P3 scheduling system with the financial system for performance measurements, and creating reports required for the Maintenance and Operations Contractor and the Department of Energy.

Mar 1996 ? Sep 1998 TC Enterprise SABER Contract, Holloman AFB

Responsibilities included: Provided Project Controls supervision of the Holloman AFB SABER Contract. Responsible for the development of an integrated estimate, schedule, and accounting system. Responsible for the development and maintenance of a Department of Defense (DOD) bi-monthly reporting system and direct interface with subcontractors to obtain progress reports.

Oct 1995 ? Mar 1996 CDI IT&T, Westinghouse

Responsibilities included: Maintenance of an 1800 activity schedule for the production and installation of hardware and software for PRPS control panels for a nuclear reactor and creation of two similar schedules.

Mar 1992 ? Aug 1995 Environmental Restoration, Los Alamos National Laboratory

Responsibilities included: In the Project Planning & Controls division, implemented originally designed custom reporting program using dBase IV download from Financial System. Integrated special estimating requirements with financial output. Primary estimator for Environmental Program Management & Remediation Construction Support. Produced routine monthly reports and provide project leaders with analysis for status impact. Create and maintained all reporting functions for the Los Alamos National Laboratory Environmental Restoration/Decontamination and Decommissioning Program; created programs to integrate Primavera CSCSC information into DOE monthly reporting system; incorporated DOE Orders 4700.1 and 4700.5 into monthly reporting systems and Baseline Change Proposals.

Responsibilities included: In the Project Assessment & Analysis Department, coordinated, monitored and verified the integraity of the milestone schedule and forecast update information; maintained and operated dBase IV generated databases, programs, and reports; also milestone procedure and performance indicator development.

Responsibilities included: Established Work Breakdown Structure, developed quanity and manhour estimates and monitored performance of indirect and overhead contractor?s accounts; develop and maintained PC-generated cost reports and graphs using Lotus, dBase III Plus, Freelance and Display Write 4; coordinated publication of the weekly Cosntruction Cost Package for project management.

Apr 1987 ? Dec 1988 Stone & Webster Engineering Corp. Office, Sequoyah Nuclear Power Plant, Tennessee Vally Authority TVA

Responsibilities included: Input to the Accounts Payable System, a dBase III Plus program, and maintained the existing programs in Acoounts Pauable; maintained all reports for Project Accounting and client billing using Lotus. Responsibilities alos included: Assembled and checked daily overtime sheets for completeness and verified them against the work schedule; assigned pay codes to overtime worked, and assigned account numbers to daily tiem sheet; keyed payroll data into the automated FOLTERS payroll system and verified system output balances with the daily control record; input to LCWR for Overtime Refusal Reports and creation of reports on the PC for Force Perot and various other payroll usage.

Sep 1984 ? Apr 1987 Beaver Valley Power Station, Stone & Webster Engineering Corp.

Responsibilities included: Prepared various computer reports and graohic display using dBase III Plus, Lotus, Volkswriter, and MulitMate; created and modified macros within existing files as needed; coordinated PC applications throughout the site; cost coding Field Purchase Requistitions; generated Costruction Management System Reports from the IBM Mainframe Computer; assisted management with preparation of budgetary reports; and update Weekly Milestone System Report transferringdata from Lotus to dBase III Plus.
