Draw up ISO's and parts list to be ordered for jobs
Give directions to my Formans as they pass it down to the crafts
Oversee the Saftey and Production of the job
I recieve work orders from the client and manage them on a timely manner
I work closley with the client to resolve any issues.Saftey,Time,Manpower.
I Make up the manpower schedule daily as report back to the client the scope and goals for the day as well as the week.
I resolve any saftey issues as well as resolve any conflicts the craft workers have.
I keep a production log and report it back to the client as well as attend supervisor's meetings twice a week.
I also make time to train craft workers on the job with welding,fitting,and fabrication.

Graduated High School from Lewistown illinois in 1996 at the age of 17.the next week i started Midwest School of welding.I took the 9 month course in pipe welding and fitting. I passed all my courses in 5 monthes. the school set me up with a test for a company called All Tri R Inc I passed the test but filling out the paper work they seen that i was only 17 so I had to wait 8 days till my 18th birthday to start work..So on my 18th birthday I started work at ADM in Decatur for All Tri R Inc
