Primary Skills/Experience:

Experienced service technician for replacement windows, siding, doors. etc. have been building houses since I was 12 years old. Starting out working with my father. Then I worked for a few local contractors, doing both framing and finishing carpentry. I was injured the day before Christmas 1998 when a scaffold collapsed and I fell and broke my leg. When I was ready to go back to work I started at Case remodeling. I worked there for a few years until I was contacted by Long Fence and Home for a position as a service technician. I went in for the interview and when we agreed on a salary I started. I have been there for about eight years. I can do any type of service repair on replacement windows and doors. I can change glass packs, repair or replace any type of balancer, I was their main trim carpenter for trimming the interiors of bay and bow windows. If a bay window had a leak and water damage has occurred I would find the leak then replace water damaged moulding or seat. The only thing that I cannot do is exterior capping and caulking. My real talent is not being able to do the work. At my age I know how to talk to unhappy customers and turn them into happy customers. I can explain the reason for any problem they may be having and tell them how we are going to go about fixing that problem.I have always been able to regain the customers confidence in our product.
