* A drilling professional with 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, in the Rocky Mountain Region of North America and the Barnett Shale in North Texas.
* Experience in planning and managing well operations on land rigs (normal and high pressure), planning and managing exploration wells, development wells, re-drills, high angle, and horizontal wells.
* Worked with Drilling Engineers on best practices and helped on implementation on other rigs in the fleet.

CONOCOPHILLIPS MILESTONES
* The ConocoPhillips Well Site Supervisor Mentor for the Barnett Shale -Process, Policies, Procedures and HSE; for the last two years have mentored eight trainees and twelve well site supervisors, evaluated and graded each on HSE and Performance, along with making recommendations for improvement, while still conducting my duties as a well site supervisor.
* In the last 2 years, of the thirty one wells I have had control over, I finished on average 22% under AFE. The last 2 wells have been 38% under.
* Developed and implemented a Continuous Improvement Process for moving land rigs and it is used globally in ConocoPhillips. This has reduced rig move times by 35% and reduced TRIR to ZERO on rig moves.
* Implemented and enforced the Zero accident, incident and illness HSE standard. Barnett Shale was the worst globally in ConocoPhillips and is now the best, currently in the 2nd quarter of year number two with a ZERO TRIR.
* Maintain the ConocoPhillips lower 48 most footage drilled in a 24 hour period of 8.75- hole, 5214`, with a directional assembly.
* Part of the team that drilled a Barnett Shall Horizontal well in 9.25 days from spud to release rig.
