Mitch Kirkpatrick is a 20 year old drummer who hails from Corydon, Indiana. He has been playing drums since age 7 and enjoys playing classic and contemporary rock, country, funk, and heavy metal.

Mitch drummed for radiOdaze -- formed in May 2004 by an open audition for Radio Disney AM 680 in Louisville Kentucky. radiOdaze acquired a large fan base and in addition to playing for the radio station they donated their time for charity and fundraising events until September 2008. During this time Mitch also drummed for Amendment, a hard rock band that performed original music in the Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area.

2008-2011 Mitch drummed for Shatterstone, a hard rock band that performed their original music in the Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky areas. The band cut a self-titled CD January 28, 2011, which is published on iTunes.

2009-2011 Mitch played with Identity Crisis, a classic rock cover band for events in the Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana area, winning countless battle of the bands in the tri-state area. The band cut an original music EP, Battling Instincts, July 1, 2011, which is published on iTunes.

Adding to his musical experiences he participated in his high school marching band, where he was section leader of the percussion section. Mitch also participated in his school's concert band, pep band, jazz band and winter drumline.

Mitch attended The Berklee Percussion Festival 2006 at Berklee College of Music June 26-30, 2006 in Boston, Massachusetts. He studied daily under the guidance of drumming great Mike Mangini.

June 26-30, 2009 Mitch attended Summer Shot at Musicians Institute, Hollywood, California.

Mitch was chosen a "Top Ten Drummer" in the Louisville, Kentucky area in both 2009 and 2010 by Louisville Music News newspaper.

Mitch recently graduated from Musicians Institute (Hollywood, California) and earned an Associates' Degree in Performance in the drum program September, 2012.

He is preparing to move to Nashville.
