Hi. What im searching for is a posistion in a kitchen where I have the ability to advance. I have almost 8 years of culinary/restaraunt experience. I've gone to culinary school as well. Some of my areas of expertise include sushi, very strong ability on saute and grill, I can also bake and create desserts just as well as I can cook. The type of restaraunt im use to working in is upscale dining with a fast paced kitchen. I am able to get along with mostly everyone I come into contact with in a restaraunt. I always have the customer in mind whenever I am cooking, giving every customer the V.IP. treatment they deserve. I strive for excellence in anything I do for the soul fact that I don't cook just for a pay check, I cook to make customers happy, have an unforgettable meal and top notch service so that they will always come back.
