Managed the day-to-day activities of approx. 40 employees, of which were assigned to 4 different Departments: Production, Maintenance, Warehouse and Customer Service. Developed new, and negotiated existing freight contracts which saved the freight costs substantially.

Maintained a consistent staffing level, while sales increased by 20%, resulting in an overall cost savings of 10%.
