I volunteered here many years and loved it. I started when i was 15 helping out in the baby room. I would hold, feed, change, and play with the babies. They started having me help with the 2 and 3s with art projects and field trips. i went on to help the school age and all the other age groups through the years. I then started to fill in for teachers when they needed off or someone to fill in. I learned how to make lesson plans, and meet with parents. I also ended up buying a house near the daycare and other teachers started taking field trips to my house to do different art activities. We did gardening, painting rock pets, making flower pots for mothers day, and learned about my various pets ( i had extremely friendly dogs and cats, a few birds, a spider, mice, and a snake)
