Conducted research for Dr.Raj Boopathy at Nicholls State University for 3 yrs. while doing Undergraduate studies in Biology and Chemistry.

In 2006 started doing Ethanol production tests on various strains of Sugar Cane residues also known as Bagasse Tested different molarities of Sulfuric acid to determine lowest amount necessary to yield the most Ethanol for cost effective reasons.

Upon finishing research in 2009, started on new project determining the Anti-Microbial Properties of Cajun Spices.

Conducted Anti-microbial disc assays on various spices that are indigenous to La region against the 8 most common Enteric Bacteria.
