EMT-B on an ALS ambulance providing high call volume 911 calls in the county as well as transfers. I went through EKG training Disaster management training hazmat and continuing education for recerts. I also preformed the following roles as with my last two jobs.Performed basic and advanced patient assessments. Provided life support services during medical emergencies on scene and en route to the hospital. Responded to dispatched emergency assignments quickly and safely. Assessed patient condition through physical and verbal exams and by collecting information from others at the scene. I was homeschooled since the 3rd grade by my parents choice. My parents divorced when I was 16 and I was unable to continue with my schooling due to a low income. I took free GED classes in Dyersburg TN and did so well on the pretest the State of TN paid for my GED testing.
