Summary
As a writer, editor, and content strategist I help people and companies unleash the
awesome power of online, technical, social, and marketing content. My guiding principles
are: enhance the user experience, reduce costs, and increase revenue. I have direct

Manage content for employee intranet, business to business (B2B) Web portals, and
consumer websites. Write, edit, and manage intranet and website content, including
marketing and ad copy, technical information, SEO content, and training materials. Provide
monthly custom reporting on website and content performance using Google Analytics data.
Work closely with SMEs, business analysts, designers, and developers to design the user
experience for websites and Web-based applications. Create enterprise-wide user interface
and content solutions based on requirements documents. Lead content development sessions
