coordination of all matters pertaining to contingency and operational plans for Public
Health Emergency Management. Assigned as Homeland Security Coordinator and Emergency

assistance of a Registered Nurse, and two outpatient coders, responsible for improving the
overall quality, completeness, and compliance of clinical documentation. Facilitates
clarification of clinical documentation and regulatory compliance through extensive
forensic analysis and review of selected inpatient medical records through interaction
with clinicians (physicians, physician assistants, and advanced practice nurses), nursing
staff, other patient care providers, and medical records coding staff to ensure that
clear, concise, complete, appropriate, and compliant documentation is present in the
patient record reflecting the intended assessment, treatment plan, and care objectives or
outcomes formulated by the clinical staff such that proper reimbursement for said level of
service rendered is validated and obtained in a timely manner. Reviews inpatient medical
records to identify payer source (Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield) upon admission and
throughout hospitalization. Reviews and analyzes selected inpatient medical records for
all of the following, including but not limited to: chief complaint; presentation; history

principle advisor to the commander and staff on all aspects of Chemical, Biological,
Radiological, Nuclear, and High Explosive (CBRNE) weapons of mass destruction and events,
including assets, readiness, surety, intelligence, operations, training, force protection,
anti-terrorism, health physiology, environmental management, and industrial hygiene.

program. Updated and quality controlled statistics for high level briefings. Prepared,
consolidated, and monitored the scheduling for manning and long range training
