A free, annual community event in Apex, NC, Spring Fling features carnival rides, food, entertainment, bounce houses, games and an egg hunt, drawing an estimated attendance up to 8,000 people yearly. As director, I oversee a $100,000 budget and recruit and coordinate approximately 250 volunteers for the event.
