Financially Directed the growth of a $6 million internet/marketing company with 45 employees to a $22+ million company with over 160 in house employees and over 800 independent contractors over a 2 year period as CFO and Dir of HR.-Prepared all corporate tax returns for 85 subsidiary/affiliate corporations.
Managed all finances, GAAP accounting systems and procedures of a multi-state restaurant and food service company with 7 subsidiary corporations consisting of 35 restaurants and a food manufacturing/distribution facility with products sold on a nationwide basis.
