7/12/2001 thru 5/2003 Technical Service Manager.

My AOR was Indiana, Kentucky and Missouri I was responsibility for International Dealer service centers within this area. I worked on product issues, Customer and Warranty issues. Dealer product service training.

5/2003 thru 8/2006. National Account Manger to Ideal Lease Corp.

Worked with Ideal Lease Corporate Managing 15000 Fleet units in the U.S. and Canada. I worked with their 800 call in center for brake downs. I managed warranty, policy; dealer training and all customer related pertaining to but not limited to International Truck and Engine product issues.

8/2006 thru 6/2008 Customer Service Manager.

As a Fleet Service Manager I was responsible for all Navistar, International Truck and Engine Commercial Bus products built in the United States. My duties ranged from Customer Support to Engineering, Production, and Failure analysis.
