Highlights

After meeting and marrying my husband while he was stationed at USAFB Mildenhall in the United Kingdom. I have been lucky enough to stay home with our children and work when the right job has presented itself.

Now that we are looking forward to retiring from the military and remaining in the Charleston area it is time for me to re-enter the work force in a more permanent position. I am ready to build a new career and enjoy being apart of something outside the home in a new team setting.

I am a positive, trustworthy, hard working team player that work well under any conditions. I believe my love for endurance sports has made me a strong and reliable person that doesn't buckle under pressure and gets the job done. Accomplishments

In recent years it been my goal to share my love of running and fitness with military families. Encouraging them to exercise with their families and participating in local fun runs and other activities within our community.

I've had the pleasure of coaching the Eagle Nest Elementary Running Club and the Ready, Set, Run program at Joint Base Charleston Youth Center.

On a more personal level my running goals have consisted of breaking threw into ultra running, which became a reality for me in November 2011 and March 2012 when I ran my first 50 kilometer race and then 100 kilometer race which with sponsership I raised nearl $1,000 for Gregg Middle School.

Since 2008 I have completed many marathons (26.2 miles) including:

Group Fitness Instructor

As a group fitness instructor for Naval Weapons Station I teach three Spinning (indoor cycling) classes and two H.I.I.T ( High Intensity Interval Training) classes each week at 05:30. I also train students and military personnel on the military fitness improvement program (FIP) which engages the students to improve and meet/exceed military standards.

I pride myself in my people skills and getting the most from my students when they believe themselves incapable. I lead by example and encourage with a positivity at all times.
