Reporting to the President and ownership`s operating committee and a member of the executive management team, responsible for developing and executing strategic direction of the business, accelerating financial reporting and support for business units, transitioning new ownership financial reporting, and managing finance, information technology, and retail areas for the organization.

Acquisition Activity

* Assisted ownership in the sale of Meteor, LLC interest.

* Implemented a Hyperion financial reporting application.

* Completed purchase accounting and real property/asset valuations associated with the sale transaction.

Business Operations

Vice President, Corporate Controller, (2000-2007)
