My experience in the design and implementation of performance management plans spans two
decades. The establishment of Strategic Solutions in Performance Management LLC provides
organizations with opportunities to enhance the contributions of their workforce by
implementing performance management programs that retain, engage, evaluate and develop.
Recently at Strategic Solutions in Performance Management, we have uncovered a Human
Capital Due Diligence model. A process that enables financial buyers to uncover the value
and contributions of existing employees that once understood, ultimately drive a process
to ensure efficiency in a business integration that relies on its people for success.
Components of the best-practices driven model create a sense of urgency while avioiding
the landmines that so often tangle up human capital. Understanding the integration is the
ulitmate determination of success, results from this model enable the business to hit the
ground running post acquisition.
Prior to the LLC, my success as a Human Resources Professional delivered quality and
added value by incorporating established best practices for both the organization and the
individual. Strong generalist background includes: employee retention, talent development,
business integration, succession planning, employee relations, HR compliance, benefit
administration and project management. A collaborative leader with proven success in
establishing partnerships with line management to increase organizational effectiveness
and capability. Recognized for the alignment and implementation of HR strategies across
diverse multi-business platforms.
