A professional moving and storage company with 12 branches in Oregon and Washington.

Customer Service/Administration

Generated and organized paperwork packets for work crews responsible for local, business, intra- and interstate, and international moves. Prepared paperwork packets for company storage facility providing long-term storage for military personnel and civilians. Organized and maintained of files for a wide variety of moves; processed final revenue paperwork and submitted to the corporate office. Handled five-line phone system with an intercom to route calls to appropriate departments. Performed heavy data entry consisting of correspondence letters, estimates, proposals, invoices, aging reports, and customer information; prepared bills of lading.
