knowledge of physical aspects of campus and the University Center for general information.

Prepare drafts of reports, manuscripts, and correspondence. Create brochures, flyers, and

web pages for marketing events and programs. Create forms for using university motor

fleet, SGA funding requests, applications, and other official documents. Maintain data for

all University Center websites, including for student organizations.

Take, type, and distribute staff meeting minutes; serve as support for search committees;

send out campus-wide emails with University Center information; and coordinate projects

with the Print Shop throughout the year. Order and maintain inventory of various supplies

for all University Center departments. Provide backup support for SGA and CSI Offices

including all university student organizations. Work with organizations budgets to ensure

that contracts and requisitions meet funding requirements.

Compile daily cash report on a weekly basis when Business Manager is out; assist in

annual University Center functions such as Christmas Madrigal Dinner, Tuckasegee River

Clean-Up, and extra activities connected with opening of school, etc.; in absence of

receptionist, make reservations for use of meeting rooms, picnic area, and various areas

of the University Center.
