Provided leadership to multiple business areas with responsibility for the execution of developmental and production projects in support of divisional goals within budgetary and scheduling parameters. Established and delivered performance goals meeting factory load, capacity, hours per unit, cycle time, on-time delivery, staffing, schedule and program cost.
