leadership team for a newly formed wholly-owned subsidiary of Coca-Cola Bottling Co.

Consolidated. Swift Water Logistics is a supply chain redesign company specializing in

process improvement in the Food and Beverage industry. Responsible for all operations

functions of the organization; including financial, inventory and resource management.

Developed processes and tools to support a start-up business including financial metrics,

inventory forecast and resource allocation.

Designed and maintained profitability and cost absorption models to guide the team with

proposal development, engagement profitability and financial risk mitigation.
