. Installed, configured and administered of Weblogic Server in various

not only determines if the work forces are completing trouble repairs in a

timely and efficient manner, but also reports those measurements to higher-

level management and to the regulatory agencies, which oversee the Client

in the areas in which they operate. Trouble Analysis System provides

information to various other systems that use the data for such things as

determining if customers are entitled to rebates due to repairs exceeding

time frames established by regulatory agencies.

whether customer has exceeded the credit amount.
