Responsible for modifications and customization of Hrizon system provided SQR's and creation of custom SQR's as required by the department. Provides data analysis of all job, compensation, and benefits information as required for departmental analyticalneeds. Totally responsible for day to day functionality, programming, and data maintenance of legacy DataEase HRIS system. Project Manager for implementation of new Time and Attendance system. This included researching competitive products; 5 year budget analysis; RFP; organizing site visits, obtaining necessary quotes, data imports, implementation, as well as holding bi-weekly and weekly meetingsof all necessary GHI personnal. This resulted in a 10 week install to go-live with a new system that was required to be in and operational due to y2k implications.
